My daughter enjoys her lessons with Angie and she is now focusing on exams. Angie’s clear direction and feedback is building her skills and confidence in singing at another level. Angie is obviously a pro (just listen her singing!) yet she is so personable and fun, which is very important for pre-teens/teenagers to go extra mile, in my opinion! Online learning during lockdown helped my daughter stay focused whilst enjoying what she always liked immensely. Art helps us to make sense of the world around us and I think we are very lucky to have an well established organisation locally, like CMA passionately believes in what they do and offers variety of courses to meet everyone’s expectations. I highly recommend CMA!

I love attending my singing lessons at CMA. You learn so much and how to improve but have so much fun in the process. It gives me a safe space to practice and learn without feeling judged and they always make you feel good about yourself. They really give you the confidence to feel like you can achieve your goals. I'm only doing singing at the moment but they offer so many classes that I would be interested in taking up other courses. Definitely a place to learn and have fun. They are very flexible and accommodating to all and definitely worth your time and money.

I have too many positive things to say about CMA in one review. My daughter Lucy has been learning the guitar with Tom for over a year now and she has not looked back. She plays for pleasure and has learnt so many of her favourite songs. Tom manages to combine a good balance of fun and technical teaching in his lessons. I can’t recommend CMA highly enough. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, it’s well run and managed, communication is friendly and very efficient. We love it. Thank you to all at CMA.

As a mature student it is superb to find the CMA environment to be friendly, professional, inclusive and well run. It helps you feel relaxed and confident to learn in such a great space. I have a drum lesson with Rich Carter on a Saturday morning and it is a highlight of my week, all the tutors make you feel welcome and Rich makes the lesson informative and fun to learn, creating a great motivational atmosphere.

Our son, Spencer has been with CMA now for over 2 years. He has had singing lessons and now takes part in the band workshops on Saturdays. The one to one singing lessons have not only improved Spencer’s singing voice but also helped give him more confidence to perform in public. The band workshops are also brilliant allowing Spencer to be part of a band and learn from fellow students as well as their assigned band leader. The confidence he has gained from this has helped him not only in his performance but also in his day to day school life and in his interaction with others. I would highly recommend this fun, professionally run music academy for any budding young musicians.
