    I called in recently to view a bike, I didn't buy it but its a really nice family run showroom and lot bigger than you would expect from the frontage, staff were very helpful and knew thier subject well, absolutely no pressure just plain and simple friendly service, I would definitely consider purchasing a bike from this company in the future, well worth visiting 👍

    STAY AWAY FROM THIS THEIF! 10 Months ago I paid Jamie £303 to complete repairs on my Bike and STILL not done. I’ve chased and chased and after having enough I have put in a dispute with my credit card company. Called Jamie today to demand the refund and was laughed at and refused. Once credit card company deals with it I will also be taken them to court. STAY AWAY.

    Would not recommend this company! My Initial experience was good having dealt with Jamie via email and phone in order to obtain a valuation to sell my motorcycle to them however after receiving the valuation and advising that I wanted to go ahead and accept their offer it all went south and I’m not sure why. Email communication seemed to stop after advising that I wanted to accept their offer so I called through on the phone to arrange the sale….. no appointment (time/day) was arranged to sell I was just advised that I could come in any time Tues to Sat but to avoid Fri afternoons so I advised that I intended to come Tues to sell the bike to them but would let them know if it changes. I realised late Friday that I couldn’t make Tues so I emailed Jamie and advised that I would come down Weds mid-morning and that I hoped that would be okay. It gets to Tuesday morning and I had had no reply so I called through on the phone to check that all was okay for me to come down the next day on the Wednesday only to be told no it’s not okay and then there was silence…I then asked when would be convenient and was told that he would need to check the diary and call me back …No surprises that that call never came so I sent an email asking if he still wanted to buy my bike as if not I will need to make alternative arrangements and again no response! I don’t know for sure but my guess is that they had a change of heart and decided that they didn’t want to buy my bike for whatever reason but why not just say? I’m glad that I phoned and didn’t just turn up on the Weds otherwise it would of been a wasted journey! They have lost me as I customer and I will not recommend to others!

    Unresponsive to messages through ebay or phone calls on both the given numbers. Drove 40 mins to visit the shop and view a bike only to find it still closed an hour after stated opening times. Sat around for 30 mins waiting and in that time spoke to a customer who had been told to pick his bike up but obvioisly couldn't collect as the shop was shut. They'd had his bike for 3 weeks and he was fuming. Took that as a sign not to deal with this place and left never to return!

    I can’t thank these guys enough. I broke down on the A27 in a very dangerous place on a Friday afternoon. James and Oli came out immediately, recovered me in very difficult circumstances and fixed my bike as soon as the part came in, special order on the Saturday. I was in such a predicament I never asked what the cost would be but was very pleasantly surprised by the modest amount they charged me. Great service and they even adjusted the bike with no charge. Before the breakdown I didn’t know this garage. Great place, friendly people who look after their customers.
