Worst service ever! Owner was not able to fill form on his computer so I had to do it. He told us that we will get a car which was just returned. But actually it must have come from a dump. It was so dirty and smelly. But this was not the biggest problem. We returned the car on Friday after a motor lamp came on! And now it is Wednesday and we still have NOT our deposit back and the owner makes some excuses that he cannot send a receipt for his transaction through and that it is not his duty to send a proof....he is now going on holiday...maybe with my deposit! Please be aware and don't use this company!

Seriously not a good compnay. Filled out the online form and was delighted to be matched to a Luton van and available. Company said they would be in touch . They didnt return call. Chased up by phone and got through to someone not helpful saying wasnt sure what cans they had and will call back . Again didnt call back. Rang up again and same confused person , this time they told me to call back on Monday ( less than a week before move) . Not worth it for me. Improve the customer service and would consider. Shame for them as have a lot of business could of put their way. Better out there and don't be fooled by the slick form at the start. Troubles simply begin after you submit that.
