Just been in for a quick meal. The food quality was good, however, it came one at the time, and had to wait to come out, each person had to eat separately because the dishes were not ready. The desert, the bubbles waffle was dry and we had to wait very long for it, also, one of the kids one came out when we all finished our deserts. Service was poorly. Gutted because we were really looking forward for this meal.

Had the mac & cheese off the new menu. Absolutely beautiful dish. Taste is to die for. The food here is the best. I couldn't fault it. The decor is beautiful and the staff are soo friendly and welcoming.

Awful from beginning to end. Quite honestly the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Greeted at the door by the most annoyed looking person who couldn’t even be bothered to speak to us to which he grunted at us a pointed at his colleague. Seated in noisy cramped restaurant. I order a boa bun and some spring rolls, my partner order the Char Sui pork and Gyzoas, well disappointed is even the word, my partners food arrived, well 10-15 minutes go by, no check back. Finally managing to get one of the servers attention politely asked if my food was on the way as my partner had now finished their entire meal. The server rushed of to the pass, and came back with what I can only describe as the worst dish I have ever received from a restaurant, a stone cold boa bun with tough tasteless filling, 1 yellow coriander leaf, another 10 minutes still no sign of the other half of my meal, again no check backs, spring rolls never did arrive . Asked to speak with the manager as was not happy at all with the service provided or the food it was exceptional poor….. well he couldn’t even be bothered to come and speak with us we were told he’s to busy, quite honestly disgusted by this. This place has exceptional poor management, he was just stood at the pass all evening sending food to the wrong people one item at a time. Avoid at all costs people spend your money else where. As for service charge they are having a laugh right out of maybe 10 staff in the floor 1 smiled…… maybe provide service if you want to charge it. We shall certainly never return.
