I have just bought a Trek Domane from Chevin Harrogate. Charlie was so attentive to my needs and nothing was too much trouble. Tom also had input on sizing the bike for me and was most helpful. The whole buying process over the course of 10 days was an excellent experience. I cannot recommend them more highly.

I bought my Trek Emonda SL6 back in May 2022. Mark completed mini bike fit to make sure we had the right size frame. Before I took the bike it did have two mechanics check the bike over and Mark went through a few things to ensure I was happy with the day to day maintenance outside of a service. Overall really happy with the bike. The team do a great job in store regardless of which one you visit. I was in Harrogate and it's also my local store. Great advice and service. Cheers Everyone.

I’ve been using Chevin Cycles in Otley now for a fair few years and have never been disappointed or let down by them. During 2020 lockdown I began to use the Harrogate store as they had stock of a bike I was wanting. It’s fair to say that my love affair with riding was re-kindled and I’ve been back a fair few times for parts, service, oh and 2 more new bikes!! The advice from the staff has always been second to none, helping an aching mountain biker find the love for road riding, then night riding, then winter riding! Not much left to try now tbh! I must say a massive thanks to Will who has been great throughout all my sales interactions, as well as Jamie the store manager and the amazing team in the workshop. Personally, I couldn’t ask to meet a nicer bunch of people with a common interest and a genuine pride in the work they do. Thank you! Now all I need is the motivation to get back out in the somewhat changeable Yorkshire weather. Keep up the great work and I’ll see you soon for more kit no doubt! Don’t tell Emma how much it all really cost ;-)

Top guys. They helped me out with a shredded inner tube on my daughter's off-road wheelchair. We are on holiday so this was essential. They sorted it while I waited and the price was very reasonable. Excellent customer service and very friendly interaction. Highly recommended..
