Friend of mine stayed here. They don’t have internet so posting on their behalf. Stay here if you want to bring bed bugs back to your house, crawling around the bedside tables, littering the linen and the carpets. I think I’d rather a tent in the woods thank you.

Stayed a couple of times while working at the airport. Very basic place, but all the important stuff like bedding, toilets, showers and sinks are spotless. Very affordable compared to Premier Inn or Travelodge. Each room I’ve stayed in has had a TV, fridge, microwave and kettle. All clean/new and serviceable. Fast wi-fi included too. Free parking. Can’t complain for the price. Owner seems like a straight and honest bloke. Staff who clean daily are polite and helpful.

Told the owner we would arrive about 4pm, he said there wouldn't be anyone there at that time, call 30min before arrival and he'll be there. No problem. We arrived early in the day so assumed he would be there, sering to his guests. Chapped door, no one there. Called a few times then left a message. We waited 40 mins giving him the 30mins he asked for. Still nothing. We couldn't get booked anywhere else in that area so decided to drive home to Scotland. We had been dropping off my step son to his mother's. While on the road my phone rang but was in my bag in the boot as I was driving. When we stopped for a rest he called again and was so abusive, calling me a liar saying I hadn't called him 30 mins before!!! He was so fixated on that rather than the fact I had called when I got there and still gave him more than 30 mins to get there. In one breath he told me he was in and out the property all day then in another told me he was actually in Spain!!! I ended up not listening to him and let him shout away while I shopped in the service station. It was his bill from Spain not mine. So rude, single minded with no manners. He had actually taken my £50out my account that morning at 9.30 when he told us he wouldn't take it until we arrived. It is now in the hands of the bank. I did take photos of the property which I have to add looks filthy from the outside. Maybe a lucky escape from us. Would not advise anyone to go to this shambles of a B & B.

This place is run down and needs money spent on it, we booked last minute as our usual apartment was taken at the weekend but I've got to say it was the best sleep I had for 2 weeks while staying so for that I can't fault it
