It was a hot sunny day. Some ladies and gentleman in 3 different groups who elegently dressed up, were rude and uncivilzed to cut in line with intention at the Norton bar in the Fullham Food court. They rejected to queue up even a lady had asked them to. It was our first time to come across people without manner and discipline in similar event in London. Not sure what were happening to their life. Anyway, we learned to never judge a book by its covers.

A good day out, good food, lots of bar's. I'm not really a fan of Polo but got tickets through work, but I really enjoyed it.

If you’re into polo, this might be for you. Otherwise the event itself isn’t that spectacular and rather boring to watch. More of a place to hangout and socialize. Dress to impress if you plan to come. Plenty of booze. Wouldn’t recommend for kids. Not sure if I was unfortunate but came across more than a few rude and disrespectful folks that cut in line at the bar. Never had any issues at many other events in London so not sure what’s up with the attendees at Chesterton’s Polo. The Grandstand seatings faced the hot sun and were really cramped without any real viewing advantage. Better to stand and watch by the barriers.

The overall atmosphere and experience is exactly what you'd want and expect from a day out at the polo. I was a bit suprised that the kids day didn't have more for children especially considering the prices of the tickets rival other attractions such as the aquarium or theme parks. To be fair if I had gone on a normal day I would have been satisfied with the provisions for children but once again not for a "kids" day.
