Comfy and Modern Coach but that’s about it!! Toilet - broken! Driver - rude! The driver purposely left the lights on throughout the whole of the return journey from London to Manchester during the evening after being asked multiple times to have them turned on. The driver was also rude to the customers on the bus as he suggested that some customers had eating disorders after seeing mud on the floor thinking it was chocolate. Overall a negative experience thanks to the rude, disrespectful driver!!
