Poorest wifi network and sound insulation I have ever experienced! And also with a lot of ants and insects in ground floor bathroom, disgusting... And the reception doesn’t fix anything....

While staff are nice the other residents and I are tired of the fire alarms going off constantly over the past few days. Yesterday alone we had them going off at 3AM and 7AM, which is not conducive to student learning at all when we have to be up for classes the next day. Additionally workers come to "fix" things and they never return. Heating on our hall is broken and our kitchen windows don't have handles so we can't close them even if it's getting colder. Our kettle and toaster came broken in the kitchen. It's just a lot. EDIT: It's now July and the heaters finally work...We are now being sweated out like prisoners. This building is disgusting, mold-infested and generally unpleasant. DO NOT LIVE HERE YOU'RE BETTER OFF RENTING A RANDOM ROOM, IT'S CHEAPER TOO!!!

they got the worst service ever, they lost mailbox key like for 2 weeks no one come to fix it, i asked them everyday ! I was waiting for my bank card coming! and I been told them like one month my heater not working, they sent someone but did not work stilllll!!!!!! getting freezing my heater in my room still not work, it’s rubbish !!
