We lost our Jonah and called Richard.he was so kind on the phone, and we took Jonah down. From start to finish he was fantastic and talked us through the whole process with empathy and compassion. The ashes were ready the next day, and we got messages and beautiful poems through during the day, and a card with flower seeds on collection of the ashes. What a fantastic company we lost our cat and contacted them we had a instant reply Richard was great taking time out of his Sunday evening to meet us he gave us all the time we needed to spend our last few moments with our beloved pet and made us feel comfortable the next day we received confirmation of the time of cremation and when we would be able to come back to Jason and all the team you do a fantastic job we can’t thank you enough
