Surgery has gone downhill. I find staff to be unhelpful at best. Unless they surgery is trying to get you to book an appointment they are not interested. I have decided to triage their calls like mine… tell me what you want I will go away and think about it then triage whether or not I need to see you by phone also…. Confirm an appointment then text to say no can do here are alternatives (will ensure to include when they too are not available). The worst!!

Been with this Surgery for 30 years. Always been great. Professional. Great care and attention. Lovely staff. Dr Scott has always been fabulous. Never any mistakes. Then the takeover by another practice and it all falls apart. Mistake after mistake. Terrible queues on telephone. Very unprofessional and rude reception staff. Medical samples missing. Forms not signed by doctors. Days to chase up doctors note. Then when you stand your ground, tell them you aren’t happy with the appalling service and refuse to leave until you see Dr Scott which he advised me to do and as per usage sorted it out in a professional manner, I then am sent a warning letter stating I might be struck off if I have ago at staff again. Well your staff instigated the argument. They wouldn’t tell Dr Scott I was there. Just an appalling surgery now. Really avoid. I’m changing Doctors once had hospital procedure. Absolute disgrace.

When the doctor tells you he's the one with the medical degree and he's right. Speaks down to people on the phone. Dr Scott you're no better than anyone else you may have a degree but you certainly have no manners or respect for your patients Has put me off this surgery totally. Even the secretary is very rude and interrupted as I was talking, then proceeded to tell me it was me who the rude one. I only phoned up about a repeat prescription

Scott is a terrible so called medic. Rude dismissive and speaks over you, I've had severe health problems which he just said was ok and offers only paracetamol won't even check me. Suffice to say second opinion medics have literally saved me, if you suspect cancer do not go to Scott, or this gp as it will be too late
