I phoned in advance as my wife's phone needed a new battery. Small advance of £5.00 required to order in the correct battery prior to my attendance. Battery available in 24 hours. Service was excellent. Fixed in 30 minutes - plenty to do in Chester while you wait. Would highly recommend and will doubtless be back with my old phone 'ere long.
