What an absolute gem of a service this is, what a relief at a difficult time to find someone who actually cares and takes care of your pet with true decency and respect. From the initial contact, the gentle, supportive collection, to the personal delivery of the ashes the next morning, James was utterly lovely and we can’t thank him enough. The compassion he showed to our dear Bertie and to us was phenomenal. None of us ever want this day to come but when it finally does, hopefully many years from now, you can be sure that your loved one will be treated with the kind of love you thought only you could show them.

We have had Blue for over 14 years. He was a big part of our family and it has left us all terribly sad. We didn't want blue to be buried we wanted him at home were he belongs.
