  I guess they are too busy. I'll use another KTM dealer. If electronic contact sales leads are too modern for them I question whether modern bikes are too.

  Bought a KTM RC 390 from another dealer ship and a mile in had a low oil pressure fault, and the dealership I bought it off quoted a 15-day turnaround to replace the sensor. I rang Chester KTM and asked it this was a known fault for these, and they were open and honest about it. I asked if they had a replacement sensor in stock, and they did and put it aside for me. When I got there, they were extremely helpful and pointed out some other problems that could cause this symptom. They pointed out exactly where the sensor was so on the engine, which helped me massively when I fitted it at home. The bike is now fault free! And even though I only spent £14 with them for the part. The service and help I received were above and beyond what I expected. I really can't recommend these guys enough. Amazing dealership.

  Recently visited Chester KTM on my travels and can't fault the guys in there, very friendly, good banter and a overall excellent experience. I will definitely recommend to others. Thanks guys and cheers for the doughnuts 😉.

  We was passing by and popped in today to grab a few parts. Very friendly and helpful guys, plus they even treated us to a doughnut or 2 for the long journey home 😀 can't fault them at all and would definitely recommend them

  I have read a lot of positive reviews customers have left, just as my son would have done on purchasing a KTM 690 (2022 plate) last year, my son has had many motorbikes over the past 20 yrs, respected them and maintained them to standards required for ensured safety and preservation. My son recently noticed alot of rust had appeared so immediately booked the motorbike in for a service and inspection. It was discovered that the engine had corroded really badly to the extent that its not safe to ride. KTM Chester accused my son of not looking after the bike properly, bearing in mind that my son keeps his motorbikes in his garage when not in use and the fact that it was only a 2022 plate. Up until a few years ago my son kept his bikes outside (under bike covers) and never suffered corrosion on this level.. This motorbike is still under warranty and although corrosion is not covered, this is excessive engine corrosion which has rendered the bike unsafe. KTM Chester flatly refused to honor the warranty in any way and have also threatened to charge my son £10 a day storage whilst it's on their premises. Where has all that nice pre-sale service and attention gone? I do hope that KTM Chester rethink their decision, otherwise they will leave my son no choice but to take this legally further. Please take note of my sons experience. He is a responsible motorcyclist and most certainly, as always, looked after this motorbike. I find it shameful that a supposedly reputable company that initially pull out all the stops to provide good service to customers, can absolve themselves with immediate effect and take no responsibility for selling a motorbike which turned out to have such a serious defect.

  My future son in law purchased a brand new ktm from this Chester dealership eleven months ago and its suffering badly from corrosion on the engine they guys at the shop have told him it's his fault for the way it's stored.He has two other bikes in the same garage one is twenty one years old a suzuki DR 400 and a 2017 duccati these two bikes are free from corrosion there is a obviously a problem with the finish on the ktm but the dealership are washing their hands of the problem where you think they would help him rectify the problems but they want to charge him £3000 pounds for the repairs on a bike less then one year old utterly disgraceful attitude but by law under consumer rights act they are responsible for it,warning don't fall for the nice guy chatter.

  Had my KTM 790 duke service at Chester KTM last year and this year had a problem with my dashboard so took to them and they tried everything to help me, very friendly staff and very helpful will always use them from now on and my next bike will be from them, brilliant service,👍
