Parts department is on the ball. Docking station arrived really quickly. Took a ride over to Chester HD to see what back rests were available. I was seen straight away by Liam and he spent time going through back rests and pads. They had one in stock so myself and Liam fitted it to my fat boy there and then. Girlfriend was happy riding home. Spoke with Gary who always makes the effort to ask how you are. Lovely team great shop. I even had a follow up call from Liam asking how it feels. Great !

Got some great bikes in, the staff are friendly n actually speak to you (unlike some bike shops) and want to help where they can! Had some work done on my Harley, very efficient n believe it or not, not that expensive! There's food to be had too! All in all a great place! I did choose a new Harley but the wife said no! (for now) LOL
