    Can't speak to anyone on a phone. Customer Portals,options that aren't what you want. Customer tickets. Call backs in 24 hours. What a shambles.

    always check your addition costs. on a £17 a month deal , was a long time customer , all of a sudden i noticed i was being billed £5.66 for paper invoices that i have never even received, due to this i cancelled my direct debit because of the additional charges , still not receiving and form of invoice i got late payments times 2 (£50) and a £6 fee for no longer using direct debit. disgraceful. after 40 plus phone calls got through to someone who said they woulf call me back, after 21 days still no call back. worst company i have ever worked with in a 25 year career

    Very poor Service, never reply to emails, contacting them is impossible, Staff turnover is high, Completion of orders takes over 6 months. Looking to move back to BT now. They have more support and can handle orders better.

    Avoid like the plague. It would be a zero rating but this is not possible. Exactly like the other reviews. Issue after issue and its never their fault. There is an issue which they have been dealing with for nearly 2 years now. Just go direct with BT, as this is all they do.

    Avoid avoid avoid signing any contract with this lot, even for free i would say. Ridiculous bad company. Been customers of them for few years. They increased bill from 35 to 70 in one contract. In another contract, gone from 25 to 90. They just keep passing around like football and you just loose hope at the end . No one listens and worst management to sort out any issue. These lot is just a joke.

    Absolute disgrace of a company had chess for my company but have left . Now sending email after email basically wont listen to emails stating we have left and not to contact us again but still email after email and sending invoices for nothing . Anyone thinking of joining them don't bother stay well clear .
