I'm hoping Andy & Steve will answer my calls & emails to reimburse me for damaging 3x beds, 2x fridge freezer doors, breaking a mirror, splitting & denting a chest of drawers top, damaging another mirror during recent move. Dissapointing that follow up service has been poor and so much damage during removals :(

We used Andy and his team for our move to Kingsley in November. Our completion date was very last minute and Andy was great at securing us a slot. During the moving day the team was extremely professional, good humoured and we couldn’t believe the speed. Most importantly not a single item was damaged in the move. Annoyingly our vendors were being difficult about our completion time and pushed it back to 3pm. Although frustrating, Andy and the team dealt with this very well. They were also much better value than other quotes I had received. Would recommend this company to anyone. Many thanks.
