.update 9/8/22 Spoke to sam a few moments ago who has assured my his dealing with this refund the service is slow due to paypal system used to process payments,,must apologise it wasnt sam id spoke to beforehand as stated in review ! ,i understand the need to keep customers payments safe but customer contact is key! ,lets hope sam is a man of his word and calls back with an update . Sadly cant give 0 stars the service we have recived has been 100% useless the manager hasnt got a clue when it comes to customer service still havent received refund even thow i was told it left them last week the day i ordered the order was cancled when they asked for id that i didnt have was told by manager ot would be same day and 6 days later still nothing back from them called today to be told refund be with me between the 15th and 18th , iv been in the trade over 30 years and this is the worst service iv recived ,be warned telephone line is rubbbish they call u back from mobiles and ask for a bacs transfer seams a bit dodgie ,none the less looking forward to the owners reply total waste of internet space stick with paving stone direct and other well knowen companies dont waste ur time or customers money ,iv now left this in the hands of my bank to get the funds back as to be honest i cant say i belive anything they say ,as nothing they have said has been true so far .customer had a garden party's arranged for there 30th weding ann on they 18th hence we went with the company with the quickest delivery cheshire sandstone sadly is a time wasting bunch of misfits, others may have had another experience but what iv seen and felt is robbed, do feel free to contract me if you would like proof of the cheshire sandstone experience iv recived .all calls have been recorded and all messages kept.

Terrible quality. So many arrived broken, the company we used to lay these said they where the worst sandstone titles they had ever worked with. Contacted Cheshire Sandstone but they don't want to know once they have your money. Don't buy from here, you will be massively disappointed and will waste your money. We are now having our patio redone again!

We are landscapers who regularly bought porcelain and sandstone from Cheshire Sandstone. Disappointing attitude and unprepared to accept responsibility for their mistake. I needed 2 bullnose steps to finish a job recently. I called to be told they had these in their yard and i could go and collect. When i got there they had none. I was told by them they were actually waiting to be cut and i shouldn't have come. I total waste of my time and at cost. I had to go to their contractors facility and collect them the next day. Luckily i know someone there and they did me a favour and rushed some through. Unfortunately we broke 1 and i had to get another. I rang and asked if they would comp this one as we had the previous problem. They still charged me £50 and i had to go pick it up myself again. We will be looking for new suppliers.

I couldn't decide what stone I wanted for my garden so I visited the showroom in Warrington. Dealt with Sam who was super helpful and gave me all the details I needed to make an informed decision. I chose the silver Italian porcelain from the Overland range. The quality is superb and I am in love with my new garden. Thanks for all your help Sam.
