I messaged a couple of days ago asking if you rehome my carpet python. I got no answer until 10hrs later after I gave a bad review on facebook. You then started verbally abusing me saying I was in the wrong to expect a message back so quick. Saying you had other centres to take care of. Your very very rude in messages yet play the victim to you gullible followers. I used to buy a few animals of you until you started wanting the like of £200 for a ball python. Got a rescue from Manchester to take in my carpet python. So much more professional and polite. Also notice your company dissolved Jan 2022 🤔

Great place to take my grandson. He loved the reptiles, the staff very informative and let my grandson hold snakes and a chameleon. Had a game of crazy golf,(although a bit tatty could do with a tidy up) still fun. Had a meal in the cafe which was lovely. A great day.

They took my tortoises, that I could no longer care for. Lovely people, said they would let me know when they have been re@homed, eithout breaching data protection of course.
