Just finally had a fence installed: Good points: * Fence fitting is good, happy with the work. * Once started job was done quickly. * Quote was clear and easy. Bad points: * I paid a deposit, had materials delivered. Then on around 5 different occasions was a no show with a variety of different reasons. I was sat around waiting delaying things with friends, cancelling food with my partner and such. * After deciding after multiple failed times enough was enough. I requested a refund over some overpayment of materials. Despite being promised for 6 weeks on numerous occasions. I never got this back. * Finally after giving up with trying to get my refund, I requested that he complete the install ( we are now over 2 months from the initial installation date ). One more failed attempt to turn up, but the work was complete. I have tried to be fair with this review, but I think 'very unprofessional' sums up my experience. If you decide to get work done, expect some amount of being messed about.

I had friend who dealt with these and basically had three no-shows when the job was booked in and a deposit for materials paid (over £1000!). They were not responsive and were unprofessional in throwing accusations around. In the end it was resolved via Barclays pulling my mates many back via a fraud case. AVOID! Reviews appears to be from friends as well, not genuine customers.
