JOB: Full Bathroom refurb - (gut and rebuild) James and his team were a pleasure to work with and have in our home. The first assessment to provide a quote was flawless, he turned up on time, was very friendly and did not rush us at all. We spoke about various ideas and what we could do with the space we had. I'm a very particular person and where other builders had told me it's not possible... James made it possible. He was constantly on hand for my 1000 questions and calls leading up to the job and helped me to ensure all the items I decided to source myself were the right size. I honestly cannot praise James and his team enough. They are professional perfectionists that are 1000% trustworthy people. We left them with a key to our house for the 3 week renovation and I was completely at peace. They treated our home as if it was theirs, with the utmost respect and the house was cleaned down every day after they finished work. James was constantly in touch daily to let me know the progress of the job and the plans for the following days as we were not there, only popped in now and then in the evenings. Not a single detail was missed. WOW! What can I say the bathroom refurb turned out better than I could have ever imagined. James made a few suggestions to add a few bits to the bathroom design and it really was the icing on the cake with all the cherries! I was ecstatic to see the finished result, breathtaking 5 star luxury. I could not be happier with the service provided from quotation all the way through to completion. The work was completed in a timely manner to a high standard for reasonable price. There was no change half way through the job when difficulties were encountered with our leaning walls. The price quotes was the price charged. We would engage with James again for bathroom refurbishment for our other bathroom without hesitation and highly recommend using this business.
