I took my Rega Planar 3 to Cheshire Audio yesterday after discussing the problem by telephone that after 20 minutes of use the speed started wavering. I was advised that it needed a new capacitor because they wear out eventually. I left it for an hour and when I collected it it had had a service as well as the capacitor fitted. Absolutely superb and friendly service. Definitely recommend 👍

I ordered a new stylus for a friend who doesn't have any of this new - fangled computerized e-mail stuff (and wouldn't know how to use it anyway !) and from ordering to delivery took less than a day ! Great price and truly amazing customer service ! Highly recommended to anyone and everyone interested in audio.
