We pre paid for a service on our shutter door and upon inspection the engineer condemned the door. We were given a quote for a new door. We sourced and engaged a further inspection from a different company and were given a very reasonable quote for repairs. The door has been repaired and now meets all H&S requirements. We remain unsure as to why the door would be condemned by one company and yet deemed repairable by another.

We have had our door installed for over 2 years. It's behaved faultlessly in all of that time. Couldn't be happier. Due to a power cut we were locked out of work and couldn't get in. Simon, was really kind and came out to help us despite having no engineers available. I would never use this company again. Cherwell Doors refused to fix problems with the initial installation. They also charged me for a part for the door which I paid for in full but they refused to fit the part. They then refused to refund me for said part forcing me to seek legal advice. Furthermore, after I threatened them with legal action over email, they called the police. I am now receiving emails from their solicitor telling me that if I don't remove this review, that they will pursue me for liable.
