    We have used them due to the reviews several people we know have given however we have only found this company to be interested in charging extortionate fees. After their receptionist was extremely rude and very unhelpful after months and months of waiting for an appointment. Speaking to them face to face, they advised that apparently they felt we were rude and aggressive when in really their team and entire set up is ridiculous and only can be described as mirroring the nhs. Unbelievable that customers have to pay for this horrendous service. There was no apology for this shocking level of service. Many customers have left due to this shocking service. Save your money,time and energy and go elsewhere. The team is unhelpful, have superiority complexes and only a couple of very good vets are left. This isn’t something worth paying for.
