The owners or people that run the shop were great from start of order even though I’d not really an idea when I walked through the door. The cake looked fantastic and after telling them of a specific allergy (raspberry’s )they changed the cake filling to strawberries. When I picked the cake up it maybe have been my fault with not a name added ,done straight away in shop. Taste and texture of cake spot on,added touches brilliant and being able to put a picture on great. For a special occasion I will use again,my wife loved it and the people who had a slice loved it,you can’t ask for more. Just a touch to a special day,thanks.

First time ordering a cake from CherryCakes, I’ve had their buns before and that’s what made me think of them when I needed to order a cake, as I couldn’t get in with ones I’d used before, we will definitely be ordering from them again, we were so happy with the look of the cake and it takes even better, the sponge was lovely and moist, I collected sat morning and didn’t cut it until afternoon the day after, thick icing which is what I love, and full of flavour, all our guests asked where it was from and commented how nice and tasty it was, when I went to collect the cake, the shop is really pretty and professional, the lady who served me was really kind, only downside was not any parking right outside the shop, it’s yellow lines so had to park up the street and walk down, luckily the weather was OK, but they do cover the cake nicely, very happy with our purchase and will recommend to anyone!

The cake that we ordered for my Dad's birthday looked okay, amateurish in design, but was totally inedible. The icing was very thick, there was little jam and the 'cake' was salty and doughy in consistency. A total waste of money. Thankfully we had provided desserts for our guests and was not reliant on the cake as dessert. When my stepmother telephoned to complain, the response she received was not even an apology but was told that if she ordered another cake they would give her a discount!!! This will certainly not be happening and we would not recommend CherryCakes to anyone.
