Sadly, we needed to use Cherry Tree's services earlier this month after losing our much loved little girl, Darcy. To some, Darcy may have been "just" a hamster, but she meant the world to us. Upon her passing, we phoned Cherry Tree and was able to take Darcy straight there. We were helped by Adam who took time to listen to our story - he was kind, caring and compassionate and gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbye. We returned to collect Darcy on a Saturday morning, and we were greeted by the owner of Cherry Tree, David. David was also superb, again giving us time and offering us kind words and sympathies. Both David and Adam provided us with comfort and reassurance in a difficult time - we just hope they know what a difference they made to us, and what their work must mean to many others. As hard as losing a pet is, there is something comforting in being able to give them the best possible send-off. Laying them to rest in a dignified way does bring comfort, and we will always bring our pets here when their time on earth has passed. Thank you Cherry Tree offering this service, giving us owners the opportunity to do one final thing for our pets and say our goodbyes in the most loving and respectful way.

Like everyone that cares deeply for their beloved pets, we had the heartbreak of requiring the very caring services from Cherry Tree, Our little boy cat, Jez Bear was diagnosed with heart failure, he was only 8. Either the drugs would prolong his life for up to 6 months or not, sadly, they didn't work, and the lad went down hill quickly, everyone has been so thoughtful through this very tough time, the paw print was lovely and well presented. We are so thankful that the vet could come to us rather than put the lad in a box and go to a clinical environment. Thank you all again for such amazing care and love shown to our beloved Jez. ❤️

We had to unexpectedly say goodbye to our beloved Jack Russell Poppy on the 25th March at the emergency vets… I called Cherry Tree Pet Crematorium and David was so compassionate, understanding and caring about Poppy. He assured me he would go right away and collect her in her own bed and take her back with him where she would be looked after. Within two days we went up to their crematorium In beautiful High Halden where we collected Poppy to bring her home. We were met by a lovely lady who showed us all the things I had asked for including paw prints and hair clippings. It was the most awful time but Cherry Tree were amazing and so lovely , I would not hesitate in recommending their services. Thank you once again David and your lovely staff.

If you have lost your beloved furry baby, Cherry tree are the place that will look after them and you with compassion, respect and dignity. Adam has a wonderful aura and really understands the pain that you go through. I would highly recommend Adam and Cherry tree to anyone that has suffered the loss of their pet and thank him for looking after our little Izabell.
