A stressful day for them - the street closed off by police delayed a delivery and put the staff under stress! The food took a while - but was well worth the wait! They offered fresh tea and coffee on the house (which was also delayed!). However - they were helpful and pleasant throughout …. And the food was delicious (worth mentioning twice - maybe more!) Hearty Breakfast was excellent!

I visited Cherry Red's on 11/06/23 for the first time in a few years and in my opinion, it's only gotten better with time. The beer selection is vast and always rotating - regular beers stay, of course, but for the adventurous there is always something new to try. Our servers and the service in general was excellent and so friendly. You're made to feel welcome in an 'old, absent friend' kind of way. Even though it has been over two years since I've been there, i was made to feel like I'd never been away, despite being a complete stranger. Sadly no food was sampled but from what i saw coming out of the kitchen, the dishes looked amazing, so 5/5 for presentation but I can't yet comment on the quality. Highly recommended. Clientele that night consisted mostly of gig-goers heading to see Placebo round the corner at the o2 Academy, so it was an amiable, lively but friendly crowd.

Cherry Red's is a place that I fell in love more and more with every visit. They're literally perfect for breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea/coffee and drinking. My favourite part are the pancakes and the selection of funky ciders.

Beautiful delicious and hearty vegan options, amazing coffee, and lovely staff! I had scrambled tofu on granary toast and it was everything you'd want from a scramble, without the eggs! Also had 2 oat-milk cappuccinos as the first one was so good! Seating outside as it was such a lovely day. Really close to New Street station, but in a quieter area, so felt relaxing and continental! This is a little gem of a place - highly recommended! Dietary restrictions: Amazing vegan options!!!
