Great customer service...until they have your money. My first impression on the shop was perfect. When it came to the dress being delivered the customer service went drastically down hill; the staff member that I was dealing with was very rude and very unprofessional. The dress is beautiful, however is held together with cheap materials e.g. zips, hook and clips etc, I've had to have all those things changed during alterations. Unfortunately a very disappointing and stressful experience.
