Lovely shop and even more lovely ladies. Lrena is the lady that help me and she was fantastic couldn't of asked for a better person to help, she knew exactly what I was trying to explain what I wanted without knowing what I wanted. It was the second dress she pulled and fell in love with it even before putting it on and that was that, found my dress so quickly thanks to her help.

My experience at Eleganza Sposa was really special. I hate being the centre of attention so I was really nervous and totally overwhelmed by trying to find a dress. I met with Ava and she immediately put me at ease. She made me feel really comfortable by gently explaining the process, keeping the curtain closed throughout the appointment, and subtly ensuring privacy and space to just relax and enjoy the moment. I ended up getting the first dress I put on - that's how good Ava is. She listened to what style I was interested in and absolutely nailed it first go. She created a really special moment to share with my Mum and I'm so appreciative. :)

I was very nervous about my first experience trying on dresses but we got the most warm welcome when we arrived at Eleganza and I relaxed. The most professional people and the whole appointment was full of love and care. My stylist Jennifer (hope she doesn’t mind me mentioning her) listened to everything I said I loved in a dress, brought out some of her own ideas which suited all my needs and made me and my family feel so special. You were genuinely lovely and made my/our day so special, relaxed and fun. Nothing pressured, everything was so natural and when I said yes to my dress she seemed as excited as us, it was genuinely heart warming. It was the best experience and you made this nervous bride to be her usual chatty self. Thank you.

I had the best experience at Eleganza Sposa with stylist Chloe. I was very nervous for weeks in the run up to this appointment! I never envisaged anything would ever fit or suit me, never mind being able to pick my beautiful dress that day! Chloe was a dream, very friendly and listened to my likes and dislikes. In total I tried 7 dresses and bought dress number 4 - one which Chloe picked out for me! Once we tried it with different accessories the look was complete! I felt so so happy in this moment, so much so my mum and MIL shed a tear. I can’t wait until I can try it on again and feel a million dollars!
