I phoned on Monday morning, problem with hearing aid, was told needed new tubes, they would post them to me. On Friday afternoon, they had not arrived, so phoned again, got cut off first time, second time got to speak to someone, explained that not received any parts, didn't know about it, so was put on hold while checked if they had what I needed, and again said would post them to me, as it is a Bank holiday weekend I guess will be waiting a while, I was also told I had missed an appointment in January, I was away from home January, I had an appointment for May that was cancelled due to the present covid problem, I am now on waiting list for an appointment to check my hearing, I'm not holding my breath!

Disgusting! Today I called the hearing clinic on three occasions. On the first occasion the phone rang and rang and rang but it did not get answered. On the second occasion I was put on hold being tenth in line. Slowly over the next thirty minutes I gradually went down to number one but I was the cut off. On the third and last occasion I was put on hold again and as I got to number one in line and another thirty minutes later yet again I was cut off!!! I can understand a shortage of staff and illness but this isn't the first time this had happened. I have called this place on several occasions over the last two years for the same result. It just isn't good enough. I await your explanation.
