Would give no stars if the facility allowed. Shocking customer care. £675 order delivered to the wrong address and still at time of writing missing and DHL claimed it was signed for by me. MD tried to tell me my claim for a refund/replacement would be thrown out of court despite the DHL photo evidence being nothing like our property. Absolutely refused to accept that the GPS apps used by these delivery firms can be wrong in rural locations.

I have been buying all sorts of cleaning products and machines from this company since 2009 for domestic and commercial cleaning. Products are fantastic and some of the chemicals they do wonders with filthy areas. Staff are lovely and always very helpful and each time I go there they make my day. Do not buy from this company.. I brought a numeric carpet cleaner.. they told me it was industrial only to find out the sucktion was rubbish and it didn't clean carpets how it should.. so I rang them and the someone came on the phone I said whos higher than you he said god at this point u didn't no he was the manager but now I do.. asked to return it they said no so now I'm stuck with a £250 machine that don't work how it should. proper disgrace.. DO NOT BUY
