This company are highly professional and did an absolutely stunning job reupholstering my Chesterfield chair and Italian sofa. I cannot praise them enough and their prices extremely competitive. I had an issue which required some minor rework on my Chesterfield chair. Toby the owner came and corrected the problem the very next day so excellent after sales care and service too. Service is polite and caring and keen to please.

Excellent service and great communication. Popped down with a sofa seat cushion after chatting by email to their friendly staff. We had a large Loaf Sofa and Love seat whose fabric was stained and worn and cushions flat and lumpy. We contacted Toby who couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful. He recommended fabrics and gave us swatches to take home. Cheltenham upholstery did a full re-cover with lovely new cushions - foam core and feather wrap, as well as some enhancements to the frame (a new middle leg and a new lip to stop cushions sliding off - both Toby’s recommendations and not charged for). The whole process took 10 days from collection to redelivery. The quality is superb. We have brand new sofas! It wasn’t cheap of course but the price was very reasonable and cost options were clearly explained. A pleasure to do business with and highly recommended. Thank you Toby and team!

It is obvious that they do not struggle for business, but despite that they were kind enough to deal with this small problem with equal urgency and enthusiasm.
