Will not be visiting this venue for stage shows again, the seating is very poor. The seats are uncomfortable and too close together. It needs a upgrade on the air conditioning and sound systems.

Lovely old building in the centre of Cheltenham. Went there to see a talk from a celebrity in the main hall. The talk was great but there was an issue - when it was opened to questions from the audience there was no microphone for the audience. It made it hard for the speaker, and other members of the audience, to hear the question. If 2/3 of the 'show' is questions from the audience, I would suggest the management make the necessary arrangements.
