I was certainly expecting a better and faster customer service, honestly. Now I'm basically losing another weekend because after shipping back a Peco PSG-1 that I bought new and was sent in used condition (see pictures), they now "will get this one looked at 1st to see what happened" despite the fact that I already explained the problem and provided pictures. What happened is that you don't inspect the items that you ship, and during this time I ordered £94.24 on scenary products (mostly Woodland Scenics) from a close competitor of yours, received my order, noticed that I was missing a bag of Woodland Scenics Flowering Foliage, and received the item in 12h along with an email apologizing. Talk about customer service.
