  I absolutely adore Cat and cannot find words to describe how amazing and relaxed I feel on an appointment. She knows and feels what I like so I don't have to say a word about my preferences. And the experience is so relaxing, I always take a nap. I highly recommend!

  Having been a client of this salon for many years (12 I think, having followed the owner from her previous salon!), I cannot imagine going anywhere else. These ladies are experts in their field and I'm often recommending the salon to others who have not been pleased with their lashes done elsewhere. The lashes are done according to what I want but also I take on their advice if they think a colour/length would suit me better. The beds are comfortable and salon beautiful, sure there is sometimes some dirt off peoples shoes or the odd few lashes on the floor if your appointment is at the end of the day, but this is totally reasonable given the ladies spend the day lashing, not cleaning, when arriving for a morning appointment it is always clean. I've never ever had a lash or eye infection in all the years I've been attending this salon, I find their hygiene protocols to be more than sufficient and have ALWAYS had a friendly welcome (sometimes it is just a "Good morning!" if they are busy which is totally understandable). I never mind who does my lashes, every one of the ladies is lovely and talented at what they do. You are the best!

  The difference having lashes has made to my confidence has really surprised me, my eyes which are hooded are not as noticeable with lashes, and the fact you are ready so quickly is such a bonus. All the staff were lovely and welcoming, the salon clean and the whole vibe made me not want to leave. They’ll be stuck with me now every few weeks, I’m a convert !

  I had thoroughly searched a lash bar in Cheltenham hoping for quality. This seemed to be the only place that specialises in it, so I hoped it would good. 1. I was not acknowledged anyone when I walked in, even though someone was in a treatment room and could see the reception, this was the case for 15 mins, meaning that they were late for my appointment. 2. There was a DOG on the treatment bed, what if I or someone else was allergic? This is so unsanitary. 3. The treatment bed has just what looks like a duvet cover on top of it and is NOT changed in between clients! This is meant to be a beauty bar, the least I expect is clean conditions. 4. The place was really filthy. 5. As I feared, I ended up with an eye infection. I had got these lashes for an event, which I may look like Quasimodo for now. Next time, I'll be cautious and if I get a bad feeling like I did here, I'll just leave, deposit or not. It wasn't worth the infection and the lashes aren't even what I wanted, even though I showed her a picture! Fyi, this is the lack of professionalism shown by the owner!!

  I’ve been going to Cheltenham lashes, for several years now, and can honestly say I would NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I travel from Swindon, every 3 weeks, as they are THE best lash techs, I have ever found! Cat, my regular technician, works tirelessly to ensure my lashes are consistently stunning. When Cat has taken a well earned break, Shirley, and her team have stepped in to continue to produce incredible results; so I feel entirely supported, and can heartily recommend the whole team for an impeccable, professional salon experience.
