Poor experience of servicing team at this dealership. Carried out work that was unauthorised and consented to being worked on. Audi UK investigated only to find themselves surprisingly not accountable I've taken the case to Motor Omudsman which has upheld that Cheltenham Audi have failings in process in receiving authorization for work to be carried out. I've since used the Bristol Audi which I've never had any issues with.

I recently bought an A3 and the customer experience from initial enquiry online until hand over was brilliant. Katie was great. Very responsive and she had great knowledge of the vehicle, and added extras of wanted - and help set everything up in the car with me. I loved the reveal when I went to collect it - great surprise and lovely experience for the customer. The team lead, Mike made an effort to come over to introduce himself and give me his contact details if needed. Well done team Audi Cheltenham!

Logical Futility
DO NOT USE. Sold me a car without making me aware of numerous faults. No formal response, no emails. No offer to change to an another model - Nothing. Received calls only as they are off the record. DO. NOT. USE. Update: Offered to take the faulty car back should I give up my £3k deposit after only 3 months of ownership & 2 months of raised issues. Complaint being escalated to the finance company - not a pleasant experience to date ! Update 04/10/22 - Complaint has been with the Ombudsman since March but despite organising the finance, they are apparently not a broker so may fall outside of the regulations. Decision is pending. If I have no recourse then it looks like small claims court. Update 15/05/23 - Over a year of hard work, emails and calls and I have finally received £4k+ compensation after the ombudsman found in my favour. Please heed this warning as it has been a horrible, drawn out experience. Do not use.

Very poor customer service unfortunately. Received a call back from my initial enquiry for a used SQ7, was told I'd receive a video of the car. This never arrived. After that, numerous phone calls with messages left, but the calls never returned. As a last attempt, I also emailed, but surprise, surprise, no response to that either. It's a shame as the dealership is very close to me, but I have no problem taking my business elsewhere. P.S. mentioned my experience to a friend who is loyal to Audi and he confirmed he received similarly poor service from this dealership.

Terrible customer service, emailed through their website in regards to testing a used vehicle they had on stock. Took them 3 weeks to respond to me. I will be giving my business to BMW as they could actually be bothered to contact me in a timely manner.
