I have been visiting Chelsfield repeatedly the last 2 months and am very grateful to have them look after me in this recent health hiccup. It is a very welcoming and bright hospital. I kid myself I'm checking into a Spa when I arrive. Very happy with my consultant and nurses. Thank you nurses, Sue, Ai Chien, Jonsee, Shui and Cheryl, who looked after me, so kindly, post surgery. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately i was here for surgery but oh my the staff was amazing. All of them are so friendly, welcoming, warm. They really help you feel comfortable and safe. I had the luxury of having nurse Sheila look after me. She kept me smiling and laughing through the day. Just make sure you listen to what she has to say or she'll want to smack your bottom 🤣. Thankyou everyone. And thankyou Sheila. ☺️

The care from beginning to end of my stay for total hip replacement was superb. All staff were so kind and went above and beyond what you would normally expect. The room was very comfortable and the food good. Standards are extremely high at Chelsfield Park Hospital.

While at the hospital and during telephonic conversation I felt respected and treated well. The staff was really nice and caring. The nurse who took care of me (Hazel) was wonderful, such kindness and empathy. Sue who also was on the floor was also really nice and helpful. Sue in the recovery room was very caring and patient. The doctor and anesthetist were both professional and humane. Overall I felt really cared for, the people I met were genuinely kind and thoughtful.

From the moment I arrived for my surgery, right upto when I went home, the staff were fantastic. So friendly and informative. A smile and a chat from everyone, putting me at ease. Loreen was so bubbly, it was contagious. Even the small things like remembering my husbands name as well.
