Our return policy for golf clubs is that they must be returned within 14 days of purchase and in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your golf clubs?

Pleasant little society day, a very nice bacon roll and coffee to start the day and ham egg and chips with a pint when we got back. The weather was really nice, sunny with very little breeze. The course was in a very good condition, greens, fairways and rough. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Most enjoyable.

The new driving range screens that show yardage of how far targets are and how far you've hit ball have brought a new exciting experience when practising. Staff were helpful and showed me how to use system correctly, which wasn't actually that hard ! Recommend this range for the experience and making hitting golf balls at a driving range more interesting !

Absolute shambles - I have paid decent money to play twice this week and both round have taken over 4.5 hours (2 ball). We were waiting for 5 minutes for every shot as they over sell the tee times. The course is far too busy and in terrible condition and they have the audacity to charge £40 a round for a Saturday. Such a shame as I can’t play at my local course due to management running it poorly.

We were enjoying a lovely walk through the Chelsfield area until we were met by vulgarities being shouted at us by a young group of golfers as we were using the footpath. Very class. These vulgarities were of inappropriate defame and unrelated to golfing because we were not on the golf greens to evoke nor justify such harassment. We phoned to complain but I very much doubt much will be done about it. We are aware that the club requires a time slot to be booked, so here is a description to identify these boorish individuals: it was circa. 3:50pm 15th April, one was garbed in an orange sports shirt, another in a blue sports shirt, and the last in a black sports shirt. And here are the coordinates of the specific course they harried us from: N 51 20.780 E 000 07.150 These three individuals do naught but sully your club's reputation.
