AVOID this dry cleaners at all cost. I will not recommend anyone to go to this dry cleaners. I took my dress (new and worn for one evening) to be dry cleaned but it came back not fresh smelling and covered in water marks. Following my compliant of this they tried to fix their error but the dress came back in worst condition covered in fabric snags and old and tired looking. This place is very unprofessional and rude. They denied any responsibility of a poor and defective job.

Do not use this business if you want clothes dry cleaning. I took in a white dress. They accepted it and assured me it would be ready within four days. In the end it took two weeks because “it had to be sent away”. When eventually I got it back it didn’t look cleaned. We then discovered that the lapels had been stitched up. When we undid them we found that they had damaged the material and were trying to hide it. Absolutely disgusted with their duplicitous behaviour and will never use them again.

My grandad went to drop a jacket and a scarf for a dry clean. He paid for it there and then at £24. He said to me it seemed very expensive to be charged this much, i agreed. I went there to speak to the owner and requested to see their price list for which i was told "we dont have one". He then said, the scarf cost £10 and the jacket £14 because the scarf is cashmere, its not, its wool. He then said oh sorry its because of the length, to which I replied, its the normal length. He then admitted it costs £4.50. Do not use this place they are scam artists!!

I took in a coat with a broken zip and received an exceptional level of service - the lady said that she would try to fix my coat for free. She kept me updated and I ended up with a new zip at no charge. She even fixed a rip in the liner of the coat. Will definitely recommend and use again!

Rude owner who saw me walk in , didn't say hello and walked to the back of the shop and continued working. I was waiting for around 10 minutes just to ask for my suit back. And once acknowledged he took another 10 minutes to find it because none of them are organised. Will never go back.

Took a black silk dress to be cleaned. When I inspected it at home it didn't appear to have been cleaned at all, there was a mark on the front and it didn't smell fresh. Considering they charge more than other local cleaners I would have expected better quality control. I will not use them again and would advise anyone who considers using them to inspect their garments carefully on collection.

Ruined a brand new suit. I made a point of not going to NY dry cleaners on Orpington High street as they had made such a bad job of DC another of my suits. When I picked up my suit and noticed that it was the same gentleman working in this dry cleaners, my heart sank. I genuinely don't know what they are doing to complete such a poor job but a brand new suit looks like it's literally been through the mangle. Bits all over it, and random hairs. Not good at all. Update: took said suit to Slaters and they said that the dry cleaner had used too high a heat setting.
