    Hired today for 90 minutes with my mum, Eldest daughter, grandaughter and my 2 younger children 15 & 11 years. Lovely pool, changing cubicles, shower, toilets, travel cot, baby changing station and seating all catered for. We all had an amazing time. Struggled getting down the very steep stairs with a pensioner & carrying a newborn baby, but overall a great time and well worth the money. We will definitely be booking again.

    Lovely pool. Kids had a great time. Great service, friendly and pleasant people to deal with. Great idea for family trip. Will definitely be back. (As it was 6c outside the room should have been heated before we come, but we upped the thermostat and it was fine).

    We really enjoyed our visit to Chelsea swim spa for private hire. Was a very pleasant visit for all the family, warm pool, jacuzzi and we could also listen to our own music. Great activity for half term or after school. We will be back some time soon.

    Thus is a family house where kids are running and the big jacuzzi is not a swimming pool and the place is not safe for babies and not adapted to children, it's like camping...its a jock! Waste of time and money...the only star is for the nice instructor that should be working somewhere else better for her!

    Booked the Chelsea swim spa as a surprise treat for my wife and she really enjoyed it and so did i. It's an amazing spa pool and it's great fun when you switch on all the features like the jets(really powerful!) and the bubbles! You get the spa all to yourself during the hire period and it's completely private while you're using it which is a nice luxury. We would not hesitate to go back again. We loved it! ♥️ P.s one reviewer said that there were no changing facilities. This is not correct. There are small tents in the pool area that are private and that have been provided for you to get changed in. Also the reviewer said that the pool was full of other users. It is possible to book the pool for your own exclusive private use on weekdays but you have to request this and ask the owners what time slot is available.

    No idea how this has positive reviews?! This seems like a parent/baby nightmare. Firstly, it’s the MOST baby unfriendly place. Lots of stairs to climb up (with a pram) at the front door. Then, there are lots of steep narrow stairs to walk down (while carrying your baby). There are NO changing facilities. So you must be prepared to be naked in front of other parents - men or women - while you get changed. There are also few baby facilities too. No bins or anything of the like. It’s an open space to change babies, and for the most part, all babies are crying and clearly cramped/distressed. It’s very very stressful as you have no way to navigate getting changed yourself (with your modesty in tact) and changing your baby. Seems to run like a conveyor belt money system where one class finishes and immediately the other must begin. Completely unhygienic and dirty. No cleaning measures and it’s classes back to back. After we left, we developed rashes all over our skin. Avoid this place.

    Very good,warm private pool.I am liked that with the pool they have sauna.The water is excellent and warm.Also I liked the big waves in the pool,very good exercise. No one not distribute while you are relaxing:)
