I would like to set the record straight regarding the negative review we have received. It amazes me that Google allow customers to publish reviews without finding out the truth . As Mrs slaughter explains her builder purchased a hot water cylinder from us , The builder was given a very competitive price which he gladly excepted , what the builder charged his customer has nothing to do with chelsea plumbing . After the installation the builder contacted us and explained that the cylinder was leaking from 1 of the connections ,I called our suppliers and was told that the customer had to go through the aftersales department of the cylinder manufacturers, i obtained this number and passed it onto the builder. 2 days later we had a visit from the builder saying that the manufacturers had been out to investigate the leaking cylinder on site and had confirmed that the cylinder was indeed faulty and that they had agreed to return and replace the cylinder under the manufacturers warranty free if charge . I'm sorry Mrs slaughter feels aggrieved and decided to leave a negative review . We have to go through the manufacturers warranty procedures with faulty products and this is what we have done . Kind regards Chelsea plumbing .

Terrible experience with this company. They sold us a hot water tank at what they claimed was a substantial discount because my builder gave them a lot of business. It turned out to retail at literally half the price elsewhere. The tank then leaked on the first day and turned out to be defective. They then informed us that they were unable to help (even to contact the manufacturer) as they do not provide any after sales service.
