Recommend if you want to have a real proffesional that is not cutting cornes when it comes to quality. Jenny is a total profesional explaining and recomending what os best from profesional point of view. Thr vibe of the place is sooo relaxed. It is the only place i experienced care on top of the excelent service. Paid 30 £ for gel removal, cutticle cut (gently and perfectly), gel apply then BOOM hand care, cream, oil, massage -oh... so wonderful. This is my honest opinion on Chelsea Nails on behalf of my mum. Number 1: You let Jenny do powder work even though she IS NOT QUALIFIED and as a result, my mother’s nails became bruised and they keep chipping off to this day! Number 2: You forced my mum to get gel colour instead of taking responsibility for the AWFUL job you did with the regular colour! Number 3: Your customer service is absolutely terrible!!!! You are SUPER RUDE! You always say, “We’re fully booked already, book 2 weeks advance!” We haven’t been to your salon since the summer and THIS is why!!!! Going to your salon was a waste of our time! We will be going to John Nails from now on! P.S. I would’ve given your store a zero star rating if that was an option. Services: Acrylic nails, Manicure, Pedicure

It was my first time attending this salon, as my usual nail salon was fully booked due to the time of the year. Tony did my festive nails - he was friendly and very skilled with mirroring the nail design that I showed him and was incredibly neat with his work. The lady that did my gel pedicure was also friendly and neat. I liked that this salon was realistic with their time and would advise customers that they were fully booked, as almost all nail salons I’ve been to would accept walk in customers for the sake of it, which would cause delays for booked customers and often would feel like a rushed experience. The staff are so nice and friendly. Have a been a few times now to have gels and gel removal and was really happy with the service. Well priced and the salon is nice and tidy.

Had some gel acrylics done at the end of August. Got home and looked at them properly to realise that there were black bits in the clear acrylic, wonky French tips and dried up acrylic around my nails. Contact Chelsea nails via Instagram to see if the problems could be rectified, only to be blocked on there instead! Really gutted as I had high hopes for this place and the actual experience inside was a good one! Just a shame they are let down by extremely poor communication skills, safe to say I’ll be going elsewhere in future and will make sure friends and family of mine will do so also🙂 Service: Gel manicures

Called to book an appt for that day but was told I need to book 48 hours in advance. I told them I've seen people walk in and get an appt and he said they do have some walk ins but very very busy that morning. I asked about the to afternoon and he said I may be able to get in but I may not. I took my chance that afternoon but when I got there I was very rudely told that I need to book at least 2 weeks in advance.

Me and my daughter had acrylics done, booked an appointment but had to wait for 20 minutes, first technician I had she was applying my nails then just kept coughing so left , I'm sat there not knowing what is going on, then have Tony come over , cut story short my nails were the worst I've ever had, said I wanted normal polish but got gel polish, he kept filing the same nail had to tell him to stop 3 times as he made me bleed price was £30 but ended up being £37 my daughter had french tips cost £40 ,I said its got black bits in the acrylic and Charlie the manager was picking it out, my god please avoid, the place is disgusting, I never spoil myself and was a birthday treat for myself and daughter as our birthdays are close together, I'm so disappointed *edit* my daughters nails all came off within 10 days, don't waste your money
