Used them as wholesale, sofa cost close £2000, less than a month 2 cushions out of shape, was advised replace cushions in december, its not february and not recieved them and no updates given, contacted them on 23 January chase it up and was ignored. Very exspensive for sofas that goes out shape in less 4 weeks!!!!

Buy at your peril, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID !!! Very rude staff, difficult manager and they pick a sofa up in the pouring rain to 'be repaired' as it had a few issues i wanted fixing they even admitted 'some leave without being checked properly' and then they expect you to have that same sofa back when its soaked right throough, they lie and lie, there great at first but if you have a problem and challenge them on it they become so rude I have sent their emails to trading standards and they agrred this companies email repsonses to me are terrible and practices have been noted many times before!

I was desperate for a new sofa but No rooms were open in lockdown. So was abit sceptical about ordering online. Found cheslsea furnishings through FB. The sofas looked beautiful. Everyone thought I was mad buying a sofa without seeing it. Sitting onit. Feeling it 😆 but spoke to a lady through fb messenger and her customer service was 10/10 even had it bespoke. They kept you updated through email. Then a month larer the sofa came and I instantly fell in love with it. Its better then I imagined. So 5* for them!
