I had to call an ambulance for my 93 year old mother on 23rd November as she had a suspected stroke. They arrived at her address at about 12;30 in Beeches Road. I want to thank the ambulance crew for their professionalism, patience and respectful attitude to my very confused mother. They took us to Broomfield Hospital where, despite having to wait in the ambulance outside A & E for some time, they remained caring and patient. Names of crew were Herlen Byford Harry Bartram Becky Launchbury-Clark Hope that this can be passed on to them Thank you for working so well under the current difficult circumstances

I just wish to thank the ambulance crew who attended me on the morning of the 2nd August. Regrettably I did not note down their names, but they will know who they are. I was expecting to have to go to Broomfield A&E on the advice of NHS 111, but no, the tests there were able to make demonstrated that was unnecessary. Absolutely first class service in all respects. Thank you.

Just wanted to thank the ambulance crew Neil & Polish Bob, who looked after me so well last night. I was in an awful lot of pain with what turned out to be a gallbladder attack. It was a particularly busy night at Broomfield A&E and there were a lot of ambulances waiting outside. Also to John who had to cohort me and all the A&E team inside. We are all so lucky to have you all; you really do an amazing job. Thankyou

My wife had to call for an ambulance last Saturday 6th March, as it appeared I was having a heart attack. It only took them around 13 minutes to get here and they were absolutely wonderful and confirmed I was indeed having one. They worked extremely fast and within 20 minutes I was on my way to Basildon for a stent to be put in. Unfortunately I can't remember their names as I would like to thank them for saving my life that day. Many many thanks. George.
