WENT FOR A PRE ARRANGED MEETING RE UNIVERAL CREDIT. VERY HELPFULL LADY. ARRIVED BACK HOME AND RECIEVED TEXT TO SAY DID NOT ATTEND MEET AND CREDIT WILL BE STOPPED. ALSO TOLD PREVIOUS PAYMENT HAD BEEN MADE BUT IT HAVE NOT. SYSTEEM IS GROSSLY INEPT AND LIFE IMPACTING

Unfriendly, unpolite, and about as useful as chocolate teapot. Said they would only help if I was on benefits, uninterested in helping somebody who has been unable to work until recently because of poor health. Even said they shouldn’t be called a Job centre because they are not a recruiting service. Seemingly you have to be devoid of any compassion or empathy to “work” here.
