I suspect underhand activities regarding charges. On the phone I was told the charge would be £100 this was because they had to pay to dispose of settee's. On arrival the driver said it would be £60 more. I asked for a receipt, after some time in his van the driver gave me a handwritten scribble on a tatty piece of paper extracted from a ring, no official heading. This was not a proper business transaction.

No longer doing free furniture collection. Their website hasn't been updated to reflect this, nor was I informed when I phoned up to book the collection. I was charged £25 to collect a wardrobe, chest of drawers, small bookshelf and an armchair. I would rather go with British Heart Foundation in the future.
