I’m so disappointed with this college. Came there for my course and I had to chase my diploma as two weeks later I still didn’t receive it. When finally it’s been done, they sent it in the soft envelope. It reached my home all creased up and no usable at all. I’ve contacted college saying I’d like a new one and I’m more than happy to come and collect it. I’ve been promised new diploma but never got any response back despite me emailing them and asking what is going on. So now not only I lost money on the course but I also don’t have suitable diploma. Avoid this place.

communication is poor between tutors, never seem to be on the same page and easily lose your work instead of marking it done forcing pupils to retake parts of their course.

Came here for level 3 electrical qualification. Its a 3 year course and it was absolutely terrible. We didn't have enough staff to teach us, the information about tests were extremely slow, in some cases we found out about exams, 2 days before. The NVQ had to be done online through Smart Assesor. No one knew how to use it for about a year. Parking is awful, if you have lessons after 9am, you might as well walk. The only decent thing in this college is food.
