Journey was quick, safe and a great price. Also had the added experience of leaving phone in taxi accidentally. They were super quick at getting back to me the next day, they even drove back the same day to return the phone & only charged for one way of the journey even though we offered both ways! We recently used Chelmsford City Cab for the first time to pick us up from Stansted airport. Our flight was landing after midnight and was then delayed so I was concerned that we might have issues with the pick-up but I contacted the office by e mail and they confirmed that we just had to let them know when we landed. Once I confirmed we had, they kept in touch until we were picked up by the driver. Really good price and I would definitely use the company again.

I definitely recommend this company! I booked Gatwick airport transfers for my family of 5 with only 2 weeks notice. They rang me the night before to confirm the details and then the actual driver, Jerome, rang me an hour before pick up and double checked the time to which I asked if I could change to half an hour before which he said was absolutely fine! On the return from Gatwick we accidentally went to the wrong pick up point but Jerome rang me and told me where to go. Very friendly team, professional and got us there and back safely and on time. Thanks again.
