    I have used this shop for well over 10 years and have had approximately 12 carpets laid. The customer service is brilliant and I only have to say my first name for them to remember all of my details. They give me the best quotes and do not try to push me down a high end route and give the carpet quality and price I’m looking for every time. I can call them up and have a Carpet arranged fuss free in sometimes less than a week! I went to my old property recently and I noticed the carpet on the stairs looking brand new…and it turns out it was the same carpet I had installed over 4 years ago!

    Poorly laid in places. Fitter rushed a five day job into three sloshing screed everywhere. Did not care about the finish, did not care about the best job for the customer. Shop were terrible, faked interest, repeated the whole 'we have been in business 20+years etc. Etc.' No offer of a reduction, I had to sort all problems with the fitter including awkward phone calls getting him back. Wouldn't put any flooring under appliances, then when questioned said that well I can but you didn't move them for me. Because you didn't say!! Poor poor service, pass the buck to the fitter who you have to pay separately.... Do yourselves a favour AVOID.

    Absolutely awful. I waited months for my order (I had agreed to wait but it got ridiculous) there are big gaps in my floor and the fitters left a PENCIL under the boards that have now lifted and become damaged. Its was a huge waste of money and I'm incredibly disappointed.
