Is it beyond the wit of the company to put notices up on the bus stop not in use on h the C4 route due to roadworks in Chequers road Writtle? A 40 minute wait on Friday ,no shelter, for no bus. Drenched to the skin due to no information . This is NOT good customer service. When will this be over!Not all customers can walk from Oxney Green to Writtle school .

Too small. Buses get delayed because there isn't enough room for them to pass others that are parked or picking up passengers and not due to leave. Only two toilets which are best avoided. No Smoking signs are ignored and never enforced. Insufficient shelter in bad weather.

You're lucky to get a bus on time from this station, buses sit there empty with plenty of staff milling about not really doing anything. No notifications if a bus is cancelled and they always prioritise frequent bus lines over less frequent ones . So if one of the less frequent ones doesn't leave on time, you end up waiting for up to or more than an hour in most cases. It's an actual joke when it's quicker to walk 4 miles than to wait for the next bus that should have been there 20 minutes ago.

Bus interchange across Duke Street from the Rail Station. Unfortunately with some bus stops on Duke Street rather than in the bus station, the number of busses trying to get in and out of the station at the same time, the persistent habit of shoppers parking on double yellow lines along Duke Street or even in the bus station, busses trying to get round the Broomfield / Duke Street traffic lights too many frequent traffic jams and utter chaos withib the bus station and along Duke Street.
